Rage
RAGE aims to help young people identify their triggers, challenge negative self-talk and learn how to cope with angry emotions. RAGE provides a strengths-based approach to handling the most misunderstood human emotion, anger. By the conclusion of the program, we aim to see these young people regulate their angry emotions and how to use strategies to cope with these feelings
Love Bites
Love Bites aims to provide young people with a safe environment to examine, discuss and explore respectful relationships. All Love Bites programming takes a strength-based approach and views young people as active participants who are able to make choices for themselves and their relationships when supported with information and opportunity for skill development.
Young and e-safe
The Young and eSafe Program is researched by the eSafety Commission. Young and eSafe is designed to help young people create a positive online world and reinforce respectful and responsible online behaviour.
Upstanders
This is a bespoke program designed in conjunction with resources from Bullying No Way, Respectful Relationships and E-Safety Commission to empower young people to engage in positive social interactions and call out anti-social behaviour and seek support when needed. The program is designed to inform young people on how to be an upstander and encourage young people to be upstanders in their school and communities.
Rythym2Recovery
This program makes use of percussion instruments, rhythm and reflective discussion to improve social anxiety, social isolation, emotional regulation, decision making, emotional awareness and confidence.
Feeling FANTAistic
This new course aims at helping adolescents understand their feelings and emotions such as anxiety and depression and learn how to express these emotions in healthy ways as opposed to internalising them.
Self esteem project
This program will cover: unrealistic appearance ideals, the impact of social media, celebrity culture and advertising, how to reduce appearance-focused conversations and comparisons, body activism and positive behaviour change.
Resourceful adolescent project
